Suggest Treatment For Fever In An Infant

Hello, I believe I have bronchitis that may be turning to pnemumonia. I have been taking antibiotics for 36 hours now. My 4 month old infant is not acting like herself and is very irritable with a fever of 99.8. At what point do I need to take her to the doctor and they will do something. Teresa
