Suggest Treatment For Fever, Night Sweats, Fatigue And Migraine

Hi A month ago I had a mini Stroke which put me in hosp for a few days I have been prescribed Warfrin
and statin as I have AF Then about ten days ago I had a high temperature for three days followed by
night sweats I'm presently very tired at times I don't think this relates to the stroke but maybe feeling the
after effects of the infection I also had a migraine two days ago not the norm for me I am 74 yrs
