Suggest Treatment For Fever, Severe Cough, Headaches While Treating Thypoid

Hi, My Wife has undergone typhoid treatment after the blood culture report finding was salmonella typhi 2 months back...typhoid was not found in widal test it only came in blood culture test....widal test was done 3 times but it came negatve .initially she has suffered from fever nearer to 101, severe cough, severe headache...after the treatment cough and fever has cured ,but she has been still suffering from severe head ache and body pains...please suggest.
