Suggest Treatment For Fever, Shivering And Headache

hi Doctor,i am 28years-old and 55kg.Last Thursday, i got fever,headache and shivering.I went to the clinic on Friday and took the medicines accordingly. Yesterday, I went to work, but I cant concentrate my work, I felt very weak and at certain time I was shacking. Today, as normal I woke-up early and ready to work, but I feel very weak and still got headache. My body temperature back to normal, but I still feel shacking and shivering a bit.Please advice.Thanks.
