Suggest Treatment For Fever Which Is Causing Difficulty In Hearing & Swallowing

my daughter is 7 years old, complained of headache 2 weeks ago. then this saturday, she sudenly had fever. temp ranges from 37.8-38. chills after 24 hours..complained of pains when swallowing food. sunday complained that she has problem hearing properly. still has the fever every 4 hours, reached 39.4 what could she have?
