Suggest Treatment For Fibroadenomas In Both Breasts

Age - 38; wt: 62kg; I have been diagnosed of fibroadenomas in both breasts and biopsy report not found any negative cell. Is it necessary to surgery them or relief them by medicine or how many time i should be observed them? the sizes are :
Right : 11X8mm ; 10.3X5.7mm;
Left : 24.7 X 19.9mm; 6.4 X 3.2 mm; 13.8X11.2mm; 8.2X4.9 mm.
please advice me what should i do now?
