Suggest Treatment For Fibroadenosis

I wanted to know about fibroadenosis. I have recently been diagnosed with fibroadenosis of left breast. Actually I have a rubbery lump in my left breast which I had been ignoring for 5 years. I had its biopsy done few months back and its turned out to be a fibroadenosis with ductal hyperplasia. I have asked a few doctors about it's treatment. Here I'm getting some mixed opinions. I wanted to know what should I do. Just follow it.
