Suggest Treatment For Fibroadenosis

Im 29 years old, 53kg, 162cm height. I have fibroadenosis for last 11/2 years. mammogram & biopsy results are normal. can u suggest the treatment for fibroadenosis? is it safe to have hormone tablet like regestron? im having vitamin E tablets, but still pain is there.
