Suggest Treatment For Fibroid In The Anterior Wall Of Uterus

i got fibromyoma for which i got operated in 2009 october by laproscopic surgery. The myoma they removed was a anterior wall submucosal one and they said i had some small fibroids too , but they were too small to be removed at that time. After 1 year i did my USD examination and found out that the fibroid had again grown upto 3.5 cm again in the posterior wall and there is another small fibroid emerging in the anterior wall.What do i do now?
