Suggest Treatment For Fibroids Attached To Uterine Wall

I'm 35, female and recently diagnosed with fibroids due to non stop heavy bleeding for about a month. I hope to have a child in the future and i need advice on the best treatment possible for me. the size of the fibroids are 3.2 and 3.7 cm and they are attached to the uterine wall as I've been told.
