Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia Along With Arthritis

Hi, I have fibromyalgia and arthritis. Currently I go to a family doctor, have been going to a massage therapist and gym. I do not take medicine for fibro because I get a reaction. My problem areas are my shoulders and neck. I also have artificial knees so I am limited with what I can do for movement. I substitute teach and often if I am standing outside in the cold for recess it will flare up. What kind of Doctor would you recommend me to go to beside my family doctor.
