Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia Pain

HI. I have fibromyalgia pain. Recently I added Trazodone at night and am already taking generic cymbalta. I am taking 60 mg of cymbalta and 50 mg of trazodone. I feel much better and hope to get off pain pills except for unusual circumstances. How is it determined whether there is too much serotonin in your system? Because I feel both meds together work well. Also am I on low doses of both?
