Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia

my dr says I have fibromyalga have stabing pain in my head forearms,legs from knees down ,my feet, and my hands .The pain is with me all day and every day. Im so tired all the time, Im 70 year old female.Im taking up to 8 panadol and 3 Gabapentin 300 mg.Is there a better way to beat this please.
