Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia

Hi I have had R.S.D. for close to 25 years now, also the last 2 years Fibromyalgia. New formulations of my pain medicines are not working. Was taking 3 pills / day vicodin ES. Now taking 7.5X325 , 3 pills /day. Never can get ahead of the pain now. I am a male in my early 50s. Any suggestions ?
