Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia

I am 70 years old and have suffered from M.E./ Fibromyalgea for 30 years. Recently the sight in my right eye became distorted, two months later my left eye was also affected, i am having injections into my eyes as it was diagnosed as WMD.
I am now suffering constant headaches, and experiencing symptoms related to Polymyalgia, IE severe pain in upper back, neck, shoulders, along with other ongoing symptoms.
I am concerned that I may have Temporal arteritis, as my right eye is very advance, and am worried that my left eye which isn,t so bad might go the same.
how do I approuch my GP please with out sounding like like an histerical hypocondriac?
