Suggest Treatment For Fibrosis After Treating Corn In Heel Region

Hello, I had a corn 2 months back on my heel region. I had it surgically removed but after 2 months it appears again by fibrosis. Now i am trying corn caps and duofilm. If their is another method i can use please tell me and how much time it will take to completely cure it.
