Suggest Treatment For Fishy Smell From Penis

Hi doctor lately i have been noticing a fishy smell coming from my penis and some bits of smegma after masturbating(i am uncircumsized). the smell comes and goes. I was wondering how i should get rid of this smell? should i bathe in salts? I read that i should pull my foreskin back and wash underneath it but i am really afraid of doing it. Should i stop masturbating?
