Suggest Treatment For Fissure And Internal Henprrhoids

I am 50 years old male - I suffer from fissure and internal hemorrhoids from a long time off and on. Currently the issue is a bit different and don t know how to cure and what medicines to take. I am taking some homeopathic medicines. The problem is - in my but crack - the area between the anus and tail bone - I am getting white color abcesses along the vein that are coming and going. There is a cycle first the abcess comes with lot of pain and swelling - then it bursts with discharge and some blood. I feel relieved after that but just the next day another one come out and the same process is repeated. It is more than 2 months since this is happening. Otherwise also a colourless discharge is oozing all the time. It looks white and sticky when I have sat for longer time example - driving etc. Need help, can you please advise. Thanks.
