Suggest Treatment For Flaky Skin On Butt Crack And Anus

I'm 35, 5'3 and 132 lbs. No surgeries or major sickness. I've noticed that the beginning of the butt crack and too my anus I have a lot of flakey skin. It comes and goes. Could this be from me scrubbing too hard down there with the scrubber? I also sweat a lot back there. and have notice from time to time clear discharge coming out from my anus when I go to the bathroom.
