Suggest Treatment For Flat Red Circle On Inner Thigh

I had a Small flat red circle on my inner thigh( very very slightly raised)(About and inch maybe a little less) and then after a couple of weeks i reliazed it spread around the bigger one, with smaller ones and it spread to my other thingh as well? It hasnt really been itchy, but i noticed I could feel it more today. Now i am concered if it is some infection like ringworm, or some crazy skin infection. If it is some infection would I be able to wait a few days until i can get into the doctors?
