Suggest Treatment For Flat Vulva/labia In Woman

My question is about my aging vulva/labia area that feels sooooooo flat (no fat/collagen). What can I do short of surgery to plump that outer area back up? I am embarrassed for my husband to touch me down there b/c I know he can feel the different, too. Is there any medicine for such problem? Dianne
