Suggest Treatment For Flaxseed Stuck In Throat

I had cervical spine surgery 3 1/2 weeks ago. I was eating cereal a 1/2 hour ago and a flaxseed got stuck in my throat. I tryed coughing in various positions, drinking water and swallowing in various positions, and eating bread to no avail. Any suggestions? It is very uncomfortable.
