Suggest Treatment For Flu And Cold

Hi...I had a bad cflu and colds like 2 months now. I took dayquil and nytquil max strength on the onset of my symtoms. Then after like 2 weeks. I suddenly started smelling a bad smell everytime I blow my nose and when after I smell a foul smell. What will I do and what causes this?
