Suggest Treatment For Flu And Ear Infection

Had flu and ear infection dx last thurs. Took tamiflu, doxicycline, prednisone dose pack, and cough med. I went Back to work Tuesday ...dragging but feeling better. Felt much better by yesterday but today having new onset of constant chest pressure.... Not sharp pain under breastbone/sternum. Also feels as if I have some pressure at base of throat .... Almost as if reflux.... No h/o that however. Discomfort from pressure has stayed unchanged even at rest and repositioning for 31/2 hrs. I do have intermittent cough, just never have had this type of pressure behind sternum. Thoughts?
