Suggest Treatment For Flu And Ear Infection

Trying to get over flu and ear infection, done with anti biotic, feel dizzy, headachy and have been losing eyesight over last several months.I've had major life stressors over 2 years...just moved cross country, widowed, house invasion, taken advantage of financially for thousands, several hosputalizations...only mid 50's.
