Suggest Treatment For Flu And Sinus Infection

I ve had the flu and a sinus infection/inner ear infection the last 2 weeks. I am finishing antibiotics, but still not feeling well. I also have a prickly feeling/pain in my upper back on one side. Is that just part of the flu? Also, just wondering how long it takes to get over the flu. I have lost 17 pounds in the last two weeks and feel very weak.
