Suggest Treatment For Flu, Chest Congestion, Cough And Fever

I have had the flu & have finished my Tsmiflu as of today. I am also on steroids for chest congestion & a cough medicine for my cough. I was running fever but have since stopped as of a 48 hrs. ago but continue to break a sweat but then have subnormal temperature. Am I still contagious? And why the sweats?
