Suggest Treatment For Fluctuating Fever And Ear Infection In An Infant

I have a 3 month old and she tested positive for the flu yesterday along with an ear infection. She has been vomiting and has a low temp of around 97 but is fluctuating up and down and she's sweaty and I don't know if we need to take her to the er or not. It's really worrying me cause she just acts so sick. But a few hours ago she was ok just fussy. What should we do.
