Suggest Treatment For Fluid Around Shoulder Muscle Found By MRI

Hi, I had an MRI done last week that showed I have fluid around my shoulder muscle. It is extremely painful and my doctor is unsure what the problem is and suggested physical therapy. Have you heard of this type of condition before and if so, any recommendations on how to cure the problem?
