Suggest Treatment For Fluid Filled Bumps On Torso And Scrotum

thank u. i am 23 yr old male and for the past two day i have noticed red bumps filled with fluid on my torso region and few are appearing on my face also Dr. am i having chickenpox?. and lately i have noticed a few bumps on my scrotum also and they are itchy and slightly painful. please advice me on what should i do. especially the bumps in my scrotum region is worrying me a lot
