Suggest Treatment For Fluid In Ear Canal

in the past six months I and several others in and around the town we live in have noticed the feeling of having fluid in one ear canal? We have all noticed this within the same period of time but have nothing in common r.e. job, lifestyle ect. We live by the largest anhydrous Ammonia plant in the U.S. and are always suspicious?
