Suggest Treatment For Fluid In Fallopian Tube And Ovarian Cyst

hi i am having lots of pain in lower right side of pelvic area and went to E.R. they did ultrasound and found fluid in fallopian tube and ovarian cist. and sent me home with pain meds, well i am still in lots of pain and was wondering what should be done??
