Suggest Treatment For Fluid In Mastoid Cells Bilaterally Shown In MRI

Had MRI and it shows fluid in mastoid cells bilaterally. Bad vertigo or motion sickness. Had tubes in ears in June of last year because of on and off pain in ears. I'm 48 and since the first of November been suffering with balance/spinning issues. ENT said I lost tube in right ear but pressures are good. This doesn't make sense and not sure where to turn
