Suggest Treatment For Fluid Leakage From Cat Scratch Mark On Leg

I am on a walker because of a bad back and knee. My bad right leg has started weeping water after my cat scratched me. I have kept antibiotic cream on it but it has continued to weep. The scratches do not appear to be infected and it is not particularly sore. I have kept my leg up in a recliner, but it is still not stopping. I am 66 years old. Any suggestions? I am trying not to visit a Dr. Because the flu is so rampant here. I did not have a flu shot this year, as my old Dr. Retired and I do not have another yet. I saw where I need to pay you.... I thought this was free?
