Suggest Treatment For Fluttering Feeling In The Chest And Throat

I am a 50 yo female for the most part in healthy condition. I started about 5 days ago getting a flutter in my throat/chest area. It sometimes makes me cough a little and sort of takes my breath away. I occasionally feel a little pressure and pain nothing bad at all. I feel that it possibly could just be making me worry a little and that's why I'm feeling the little pain symptoms. I do have reflux that I already take prescription drug for. I do not have any sweating or dizziness or numbness or tingling anywhere, I'm thinking it's probably hormones and my reflux combined. I just had my physical in January and only had a slightly elevated liver function and critically low vitamin d level which I started 50,000 weekly units. Any thoughts?
