Suggest Treatment For Fodyce's Spots On My Penis

I have self diagnosed fodyce's spots on my penis, I understand they are very common but they are ruining my confidence and my sex life, I'm too embarressed to go to my doctor and was wondering if there are any methods that I can at least not make them as noticable.
