Suggest Treatment For Folliculitis Around Pubic Area

hi,i wonder if you can help.I have what i think is folliculitis around my pubic area.This all started a day after i had slept with a female friend of mine and was wondering what might have caused it.

can this be caused by viginal discharge from a female partner,and how can i treat this as the are pain full if they rub against my clothes.
