Suggest Treatment For Folliculitis

I went to the doctor and they told me I had folliculitis. It was a rash that started in my arm pit spread down my side and became huge pussy sores. They gave me anibotics and It seemed to go away... then a few weeks later came back in the other arm pit and was a million times worse made it hard to wear clothes or move my arm. They gave me stronger antibotics and a stronger cream that seemed to work and it went away in a few weeks all together. Now I noticed a few days ago just one almost looks like an ingrown hair on my side under-neth my arm pit. also I have found some bumps on my vagina and now I am really consernd. I break out alot when I shave down there... it dosent hurt like my other bumps before... I think it may just be a few ingrown hairs.. but I'm not sure... I dont have insurnce and I just need to know If it may be a ingrown hair or if this sounds serious? I still have some of that cream but Im not sure If i should use it down there. helllp?
