Suggest Treatment For Foot Eczema And Varicose Vein

I am 65 and have foot eczema for quite some time. I use Tenovate (clobetasol ointment bp tenovate) continuously. I have added problem of varicose veins and the eczema black patches are clearly visible and I am afraid to meet with people. Is there a permanent remedy from eczema?
