Suggest Treatment For For Swelling In Breasts After A Bad Fall

I had a very bad fall in October and fell breast first onto a lawnmower. My breast swelled up a large cantaloupe and turned eggplant purple with a man s fist sized blood clot in the top area of my breast towards my cleavage. The next week I fell on the other size and slide down hill on this breast which turned the rest of it black. It has gone down a lot but I still have about a plum sized lump I was told was necrotic fat tissue. If the lump has not cleared my May, and I don t think it will, how would you treat it? Will there be a crater in my breast?
