Suggest Treatment For Foul Odor Of Keloid In Belly Button

I have a large keloid in my naval that i have had for many years due to laparoscip surgery....at times it gets a foul odor and doctor gives me antibiotics and it goes away....this time it did not help at all....i clean it with alcohol several times a day but it still stinks....any help would be wonderful
