Suggest Treatment For Fractured Bone In Toe

I am a diabetic n my big toe on right foot was amputated on dec 12 2014 n I was released back to work on jan 20 2015 .I had hit my m2nd toe on right foot n went to my dr .x-rays were taken n I had a fractured bone in that toe.now its been 2 weeks my toe is swollen n my foot is also but no pain their is redness on the toe I hit n fractured but pain when I try to move that toe but seems like I can not move it
