Suggest Treatment For Fractured Left Humerus, Splint And Brace Insitu

9 weeks ago I fractured my left humerus, I have splint and brace insitu. X-ray results from 2 weeks ago show that it is not healing as expected. I now have odema in left arm and hand, I have been experiencing this for the past 48 hours. Please can you advise me, I have adjusted the splint only slightly to promote flow of blood. Thank you
