Suggest Treatment For Freckles On Arms

I have 2 freckles on my left hand and one on my right. I know that it's not common to have this and that it could even be bad. Should I see a dermatologist? I am 17 and have never had a major medical problem before. The only medical problems in my family history is just heart problems.
