Suggest Treatment For Free Fluid In Pelvis And Cyst In Ovaries

I have had a ct scan ov my abdomen 6 months ago that showed free fluid in pelvis an cyst on ovary and now I had a MRI of the hip but it showed some of the pelvis and verified free fluid in my pelvis again. It also detected cysts on my ovaries. It also said red marrow was found. I have had gloating for the past few months, changes in my bowels and alot of pain that comes and goes in my abdomen. What do you suggest?
