Suggest Treatment For Frequent Abscess

Hello...I am 26 year old female, I get abscess very frequently along the crease of my upper thigh.I feel it is associated with my menstruation b'coz it usually it starts approximately at the the of ovulation and then subside or sometimes even drains of after my periods.It is there since 7 years , but more often seen during winter season.I am not diabetic.It usually appears single but simultaneously on both the leg.Initially i even had it under my armpits but not now.
