Suggest Treatment For Frequent Cold

hi myself is uma.my dad is having cold and this cold will be seviere during rainy season and cold seasons.and my dad will be fine during summer.that is if sun falls he will be allright.and i want my dad to get rid of this cold.it is very irritating.tell me the solution for this.
