Suggest Treatment For Frequent Headache

i am getting regular headaches on a pretty much daily basis. The areas are normally in the forehead right down to the temples on each side + the top of the head , kind of the middle of the head. I am taking tablets everyday only then the pain subsides. can u help me please?
