Suggest Treatment For Frequent Headaches

my 26 year old friend has frequent headaches and has been feeling very tired and weak. she has also noticed that her feet are swollen and areas around the toe nails are red and itchy. yesterday, she experienced blurred vison and this evening she had nose bleed. what could be the cause?
