Suggest Treatment For Frequent Heart Palpitations And Dizziness

i was born with vsd(size of a pinhole) never needed surgery and lived a normal life. a few months ago I have experiences heart palpations have become more frequent as well as lightheadedness and nausea. went to the er twice and all bloodwork was fine. my appt with a cardiologist is a few weeks ago but I am so worried as symptoms are increasing
